As a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I provide my clients with a wholistic approach in order to improve their health and empower them to achieve a higher level of joy and optimal vibrant living..

Healthy Living & Sleep Coach, Author


I am a health coach with a spiritual flair, meaning I love and incorporate the many spiritual modalities I have learned over the years to create a program that supports the inner energy balance the body seeks.


I have worked in the medical field in a sleep lab for over seven years and learned strategies that I now offer to my clients along with stress reduction methods.


I became interested in fitness blended with spirituality by studying and practicing yoga for many years. In 1999 I became certified in spin cycling where I integrated my spiritual concepts into the bike riding journey. Over the years I have studied the techniques of meditation, chakra energy centers, breath-work and mantras into creating a healthy lifestyle for myself.

AfterGlow Sleep Path

Learn how to regain your control with control over unrestful sleep patterns.  In this 12-week program, we go through the triggers that affect your sleep, how nutrition plays a part and offer a total sleep

hygiene makeover.

InnerGlow Inner Work

Path

Discover your creative side through Inner Work.  This program is a 6-week program that will help you identify your interests and what helps make you happy.  You will experience a level of play and focus to improve your creativity and develop your hidden talents.
